Island Babysitting Services began after its founder, Joey, a professional ECE moved to Rarotonga from Australia with her family and quickly understood the demand there was for experienced childcare options for guests and visitors on the island.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for children, with all the relevant training, certifications, police checks and clearances to keep little ones safe and parents minds at ease, our sitters are the preferred choice when it comes to exceptional care for visiting families.

We are a mobile service. Our sitter will come to your resort/accommodation and care for your children at your place of stay.
WHO ARE WE?
We are fully qualified Early Childhood Educators with close to two decades of industry experience. Unlike resort sitters, we are fully qualified childcare professionals with all the relevant training, clearances, qualifications and experience.

We are also mums and have little families of our own!

HOW TO BOOK
Bookings can be made through our Facebook page or via email.
Whilst we always strive to fulfil booking requests at all times, we encourage families to plan their stay and book in advance for all island experiences, including our services.
We regularly book out weeks in advance, so to avoid disappointment please aim to allow a minimum of two weeks notice for flexible bookings and four weeks for set dates/planned events.

From 12am, an after hours fee of $50Â is applied per family
*Booking for up to three children is considered a family, when booking for four or more children an additional hourly rate charge is applied.
*Holiday rates and charges apply for peak periods and public holidays.
